One of the biggest success stories in recent years has been the number of coaches, consultants, trainers and therapists or other specialist service providers who have reduced the number of one-to-one clients, and transformed their business and their revenues by moving their business online.
And you do want to transform your business and revenue don't you?
Well of course you do, because the benefits of achieving the goal of reducing your physical face-to-face time, and seeing a massive hike in revenues are many, including being more selective of who you want to work with, and being able to live the life that you choose.
There are many ways of doing this and yet there are so many barriers that will hinder your progress, no doubt you've encountered some of them.

Barrier #1: Getting stuck by your own beliefs.
One of the biggest hurdles to launching your business online is your own beliefs: the belief that stop you from achieving what you want, because it's all too easy for us to get in our own way of success.
How to overcome it: the two key things that you must do is first, overcome your own limiting beliefs and secondly focus on your client's needs instead of your own needs.
Barrier #2: No product creation strategy.
Many people launched their online business without a product creation strategy and they have no plan how clients are going to move from being prospects, to being customers and then, to becoming high-end customers.
How to overcome it: Create a product creation strategy that also encompasses a customer journey strategy.
Barrier #3: No marketing plan.
It sounds a clichÃ©, however if you don't know where you going you won't know when you have there, so one of the biggest pitfalls that I see, is having no marketing plan.
How to overcome it: So the simple solution is to create a 12 month marketing plan.
Barrier #4: Selling your own solutions.
It's all too easy, especially if we have a background as a service provider that we convert our expertise into a coaching services or coaching product, without understanding if that is what our target market really needs.
How to overcome it: ask your potential client what their biggest challenges are, or how can you best support them in their business.
Barrier #5: Not taking action.
Many coaches that I encounter have turned procrastination into an art form and will create many excuses that prevent them from launching their business online.
